For employers · Families with babies aged 0–3

When someone on your team has a baby.

Give them three years of PapaKoala: every day, an activity chosen for their child's age, based on scientific research and reviewed by a PhD in Education. And everything else in one place: sleep, feeds, growth, milestones, first words and a report for the GP. You buy the codes; each family redeems their own in the app.

For employers, insurers, clinics and brands · iPhone, iPad and Android · 11 languages

TodayToday's activity, for their age.

A gift that helps in the most demanding months.

The early years bring plenty of questions and very little time. PapaKoala suggests one thing to do with their child today, based on scientific research and reviewed by a PhD in Education, and keeps track of the rest.

I.

Used every day

Of everything they're given when the baby arrives, this is the gift they use every day: they open it to see what to do today and, through the day, to log naps and feeds.

II.

For every family

iPhone or Android, in 11 languages, with siblings, twins or premature babies, and from pregnancy.

III.

No work for your team

No integrations or accounts to manage: you get a list of codes and hand them out however you like.

Their day at a glance: sleep, feeds, nappies, teeth and the report for the GP.
What each family gets

They play. PapaKoala keeps track of the rest.

Three years of the full app, the same one people buy in the store, with your company's name on it.

Backed by research

Every activity starts from published studies and is reviewed by a PhD in Education.

Javier Atance Ibar, PhD in Education from the University of Alcalá with a degree in Educational Psychology, checks that each activity suits the child's age, can be done at home and works on what it says. Who reviews

In every activity

Why it helps and "What the research says", with its bibliographic reference.

  1. Adolph and Franchak (2017), Baillargeon and DeVos (1991), Waismeyer and Meltzoff (2017), Hewitt et al. (2020)…

PapaKoala doesn't diagnose or replace a GP or health visitor. Health guidance relies on the WHO, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine; none of these institutions endorses the app.

What your company gets

You'll know the benefit is reaching people, with every family's privacy intact.

Each pack has its own count: how many codes have been redeemed and how many are left. That's what we share with you.

What's theirs stays at home

We comply with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. PapaKoala asks for no account or name and collects no data about the baby: their journal lives on the family's phone and in their iCloud or Google backup. That's why the count doesn't show who redeemed each code or how each family uses the app.

Who is it for?

Employers who want to support people who've just had a child, insurers and clinics that follow pregnancy and the early years, and brands for families with babies.

What data does the company get?

The count of redeemed codes in its pack. We comply with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR: the app asks for no account or name, and the baby's data stays on the family's phone and in their iCloud or Google backup, never on our servers.

Who is behind the activities?

Each activity starts from a developmental goal and published studies, cited in the activity itself. They are reviewed by Javier Atance Ibar, PhD in Education with a degree in Educational Psychology. Health guidance relies on the WHO, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Does it work on Android?

Yes. Each code works on one phone, iPhone or Android. On iPhone, their partner can use it at the same time from their own.

What happens to unused codes?

They can be redeemed for 24 months after purchase. After that they expire.

Do we need to renew every year?

No. You pay once for the codes, and each family gets three years from the day they redeem theirs. If you stop buying codes, families who have already redeemed theirs keep going until their three years are up.

And when a family's three years are up?

They keep everything they've logged and can still look back at it. To keep logging and have every activity, they can subscribe on their own.

What if the family already pays for PapaKoala?

The code gives them access anyway. To avoid paying twice, they can cancel their subscription in the App Store or Google Play. If they bought lifetime access, nothing changes.

Who don't you work with?

Brands of infant formula, bottles, teats or foods for babies under 6 months, as the WHO Code asks. Nor products that promise unproven health benefits, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, payday loans, crypto, adult content or political parties.

Does it replace the GP or health visitor?

No. PapaKoala doesn't diagnose. Every piece of health guidance shows its source, and the PDF report is designed to take to appointments.
