The App uses Revenue Cat as an in-app subscription platform to manage subscription purchases. RevenueCat’s privacy policy can be found here https://www.revenuecat.com/gdpr

PapaKoala is a paid subscription-based app. To make sure your access doesn’t get interrupted, the subscription renews automatically. Your subscription auto-renews for the same duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.

How do I cancel the subscription?

If you purchased the PapaKoala subscription from the App Store, you will need to cancel it directly on your Apple account. Please find more information on how to cancel your subscription at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. If you cancel your subscription, it won’t auto-renew. You can still continue using PapaKoala app until your subscription period expires.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Sure! You are always welcome to choose a plan that suits your needs best. Please find more information on how to upgrade your PapaKoala subscription at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204939. You will be charged for the new plan at the next payment date.
